- A facilitated, participant driven, event which engages representative stakeholders; leverages Thought Leaders from across the value network within an organization, across organizations within a vertical, and across industries
- These Thought Leaders give authentic voice in a fishbowl panel format by way of situational analysis on the themed challenges; the audience is facilitated to comment and question
- A collaborative ’solve’ is facilitated through breakout sessions, leveraging the power of the cross functional mind share to probe specific opportunities/constraints
- Working groups are each seeded with cross functional and organizational representation. As well, individuals with cross industry perspective act as Guest Innovators during the working sessions, speaking to how they have tackled and solved a similar challenge in their business context
